AI Automation,
Measured In Hours Returned.

Echelon is the AI automation partner for established Australian businesses. We find where your team’s hours actually go, automate the recurring work the evidence justifies inside the systems you already run, and hand the finished infrastructure to your people to own.

Where The Hours Come Back From.

Scope is set by the work your business repeats every week, not by a product catalogue. Our published client results come from these areas, for established, owner-led and leadership-led businesses with systems and recurring work worth improving.

01

Inboxes And Correspondence

Every inbox is read and sorted as mail lands, with replies drafted in the business’s own voice and anything needing judgement surfaced for a person. Drapery Co runs this across six inboxes.

02

Invoices, Bills And Supplier Admin

Supplier invoices are read from the PDF, matched to the right job or account and drafted into Xero for sign-off, instead of being scanned and keyed in by hand.

03

Reporting And The Numbers

Figures from Xero, Shopify and the other systems in use are pulled into one current view, so knowing how the business is tracking takes a question instead of a spreadsheet.

04

Documents And Submissions

Submission-grade documents are assembled from your data and templates, including work usually sent to an outside consultant. Smashed Avo Festival brought its council submissions in-house this way.

05

Rosters, Stock And Operations

The operational jobs that fill a week: rosters drafted and sent to staff on approval, supplier invoices turned into product records, and order cut-offs flagged before they pass.

06

The Workflow Only You Have

A process specific to your business, scoped and engineered to the way it actually runs rather than bent to fit a template.

How An Engagement Runs.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We interview the people doing the work and map where the hours go, then rank every recurring task on time, cost and feasibility. The output is a roadmap with the commercial case for each build.

  2. 02

    Connect

The systems already in use are connected under accounts your business owns, then tested before anything is built on top of them.

  3. 03

    Build

The automations the roadmap justifies are engineered against your live workflows, with a person approving anything that touches money, clients or public output.

  4. 04

    Hand Over

Your team is trained on the finished systems, and the infrastructure, documentation, accounts and credentials transfer to the business. No licence or subscription is attached.

What A Good Engagement Leaves Behind.

Automation work that stops at a demo, or leaves the business dependent on whoever built it, has not done its job. An engagement with us ends with the infrastructure running in your environment under your credentials, documented, and understood by the people who operate it. Anything that can move money, reach a client or publish in your name waits for a person until you decide otherwise. And when the diagnostic shows automation is not the real constraint, we say so before anything is built.

Build For
The Next Decade.

AI will change how the best businesses operate. The question is whether that change is designed or inherited. We partner with leadership teams choosing to design it.
