The Paperwork
Produces Itself.

Document automation for the paperwork that fills a week. Supplier invoices go straight into your accounts, and submissions, proposals and records are assembled from your own templates and data. The system drafts, a person approves, and nothing goes out unchecked.

Documents In. Documents Out.

Paperwork runs in two directions: what arrives and has to be keyed in, and what has to be produced and sent. Both are built around the templates and systems you already use.

01

Supplier Invoices And Bills

Invoices are read from the PDF or scan, matched to the supplier and account, and drafted as bills in Xero with duplicate checks and due dates. Each one waits on sign-off.

02

Job And Record Filing

Scanned paperwork is filed to the right job or record overnight, instead of someone uploading it by hand each week.

03

Stock And Product Records

A supplier invoice becomes a drafted product record with quantity, sizing, pricing and SKU filled in, ready for approval.

04

Submissions And Applications

Submission packs and grant applications are drafted from your data in your branding, and regenerated on command when a detail changes.

05

Proposals And Quotes

Drafts are assembled from your templates and the record of the conversation, so review starts from a finished draft instead of a blank page.

06

Contract Checks

Templates and incoming contracts are read for stale references and inconsistencies, then flagged for a person. The legal judgement stays with you and your advisers.

How A Document Build Runs.

  1. 01

    Start From Real Documents

We start from the templates, the finished examples and the awkward exceptions you actually handle. Those become the specification.

  2. 02

    Connect The Sources

The inbox, accounts system, job records and data the documents draw on are connected under your credentials.

  3. 03

    Set The Approval Rules

We agree what gets drafted, who signs off, and what must never be sent or posted without a person, before anything runs on live paperwork.

  4. 04

    Run And Widen

It starts on a portion of the paperwork and we review the output with you. It takes on more only when the drafts are consistently right.

Drafted By The System. Signed By A Person.

Nothing a document system produces should reach a client, a council or your ledger unchecked. Bills wait for sign-off before they post. Submissions and proposals come back as drafts for review. Contract checks point to what needs a second look, and the judgement stays with the people qualified to make it. The system takes the keying, the assembly and the formatting. Your people keep the decisions.
