He has built and operated businesses across marketing and AI education, and has guided companies in retail, trades, hospitality and professional services through operational change. His focus is making AI earn its place through measurable business performance.

Beau Gillett
Beau co-founded Echelon AI Solutions and leads partnerships, commercial alignment and client fit. As a former business owner, he brings an operator’s view to the work and keeps each engagement anchored to the commercial objective behind it. His role is to ensure the partnership is right before the transformation begins and remains valuable throughout it.

Stephen Townley
Stephen leads engineering at Echelon and architects the systems behind each transformation. Across more than two decades as a software engineer and solutions architect, including six years at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, he has delivered secure, mission-critical systems across payments, embedded technology and industrial automation for organisations including Toyota, Costco and P&O. He is Anthropic Certified in Model Context Protocol, agent skills and Claude Code.
