How Pritesh Hirani Runs Four Businesses From One AIOS
Pritesh Hirani runs four businesses from one AIOS: seven hours a week back, $36,000 in annual EBITDA added, and an estimated $90,000 in enterprise value created.
Pritesh Hirani runs four businesses at once. A mechanical workshop, Prime Euro Services, among his portfolio. For years the way he kept it all moving was simple and exhausting: he held it in his head, and he chased people to do the parts he could not.
In May 2026 we installed an AIOS, an AI operating system, across the whole portfolio. Here is what changed.
“I haven’t logged into Xero because I just use the AIOS.”
— Pritesh Hirani, Prime Euro Services + portfolio
Three weeks in: His automated tasks went from about 3% to 25%, he is getting roughly 25% more done in a day, and he has around 7 hours a week back. Six recurring jobs now run themselves. In his words: “From this I’m already saving approximately $3,000 a month.” Annualised, that is $36,000 in additional EBITDA and an estimated $90,000 in enterprise value created. Those operating figures are Pritesh’s own, taken three weeks after the install.
Before: Holding Four Businesses In His Head
Nothing was joined up. His admin scanned supplier invoices and hand-uploaded them into the workshop system, around three hours a week. His bookkeeper categorised the same invoices on a two-month cycle. A monthly cross-check against a key supplier statement used to catch errors, but it ate so much time he stopped doing it and just trusted the process. Every morning he triaged a full inbox by hand. And to know how any one business was doing, he logged into that business, then the next, then the next.
The pain was not really the admin. It was the dependence. “The frustration of people making the job longer than it needed to be, and the disappointment when they don’t show up to work, the sick days.”
The Install: An AI Operating System Across Four Businesses
We connected his whole stack, Xero, Gmail, his job-management, payments and property tools, and a Command Centre dashboard that shows all four businesses in one view.
A Day On The AIOS Now
Every morning he asks it one question: “How are we doing?” The AIOS reads back a brief in about two seconds, money across the ventures, what needs a reply, his top three tasks for the day, and the dashboard opens itself, already logged in.
Underneath, six jobs run on their own. The invoice pipeline files his admin’s scans into the right job record overnight and splits them to the right folders. The inbox router sorts both inboxes and drafts replies. The supplier statement cross-check he had given up on now runs every month on its own. A weekly performance report writes itself. And he runs the lot from his phone.

What It Is Freeing Him Up To Do
The point was never the dashboard. It was the bandwidth. With his portfolio companies growing, Pritesh now spends his attention on the moves that grow the portfolio instead of the admin that used to hold it together. The phrase he keeps coming back to is the one at the top of this page: “The ease of things getting done without needing anyone, and without someone disappointing you.”
The stack
- Businesses: a multi-business portfolio across several industries
- Connected: Xero, Gmail, plus job-management, payments and property tools
- Automations live: invoice pipeline, inbox routing, supplier statement cross-check, daily brief, weekly performance report, phone control
The Value Translation
Pritesh’s reported saving of approximately $3,000 a month equates to $36,000 in annual EBITDA added. Using the 2.5× multiple stated in Echelon’s July 2026 capabilities summary, that represents an estimated $90,000 in enterprise value created.
